Spice Girls - Step To Me

"Step To Me" was a stop-gap single released exclusively for Pepsi in July 1997, in between "Mama/Who Do You Think You Are" and "Spice Up Your Life". To get the exclusive single you had to collect 20 can ringpulls and then send them off to get a copy of the CD. Early pressings of the single were in a jewel case format, but due to the huge demand, this jewel-case format was quickly changed to a cardboard sleeve format. This single was highly publicised, with all Pepsi bottles/cans/posters carrying a picture of the Spice Girls during summer 1997. "Step To Me" was shortlisted for inclusion on "Spiceworld", but then was only included on the Japanese pressing.
