"The Moment You Believe" was the first single to be taken from "This Time" in German-speaking, Scandanavian and Spanish territories, as well as receiving airplay in Portugal. The video for the song was a steadycam shoot done in one take, although it took a few attempts to get it right. Melanie did most work for the album launch in Germany, which helped "The Moment You Believe" reach a peak of #15 in the country. However, it was in Spain where the song had most success, where it reached #1 for two weeks - her second chart-topper there.
